Crypto.com stated that the expansion follows its 2024 establishment of a North American headquarters in Tyler, Texas, reflecting broader industry efforts to align with evolving policy frameworks. The D.C. office aims to streamline collaboration with federal stakeholders, particularly as lawmakers debate crypto-specific legislation.

As regulatory clarity emerges, Crypto.com joins a growing cohort of firms prioritizing direct government dialogue to navigate the sector’s next phase. The company did not specify a timeline for the office’s opening.
