Is decentralization and centralization important for stablecoins?

Although decentralization is an inherent characteristic of blockchain, I think from a practical outcome perspective, it may not be that important for stablecoins, or in other words, the market value of decentralized stablecoins is unlikely to surpass that of centralized stablecoins. If the Trump administration's stablecoin bill comes into effect, it will likely strengthen the attribute of "dollar-backed stablecoin." As crypto is increasingly being integrated into traditional finance, it is impossible to avoid regulation; it is merely a matter of how regulation is implemented and the extent of regulatory enforcement. #stablecoin
