The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has been actively cracking down on crypto firms, with Ripple being a prime target in a high-profile legal battle over whether XRP, Ripple’s native cryptocurrency, is a security. Larsen’s support comes at a time when crypto executives are divided over the administration’s approach. Other notable signatories include Shark Tank investor Mark Cuban and Sean Parker, founder of Napster.
