Bithumb, a global cryptocurrency exchange holds an event to payback 70% of transaction fees for overseas users as an expression of appreciation for their support and loyalty following the last month.

‘Cryptocurrency Transaction Fee payback promotion’ holds from October 22 to November 21, 2018 (GMT +9) Korean Standard Time. The event is for the overseas users who have completed transactions over KRW 1 Billion (Approx. USD 890,000, Bithumb cash standard) and are expecting to get payback 70% for the transaction fees incurred within this period.

Transaction fees will be refunded in order from December 10 to December 14, 2018 for five days (GMT +9) Korean Standard Time.

The event is exclusively for overseas users, not only existing users but also newly joined users are welcome to participate in. However, those who have Korean national and who joined with Korean mobile number are excluded from this payback promotion.

Furthermore, Bithumb has been offering a 20,000 Bithumb cash for newly registered overseas members from last week if their transactions are over KRW 20 Million(Approx. USD 18,000) based on Bithumb cash standard. The new registration event period is from October 15 to November 14, and users are able to take part in both events at the same time.

According to Head of Marketing Department of Bithumb, Andy Choi, “The existing one such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Monero as well as many other cryptocurrencies are constantly being listed on the stock exchange with the huge global interest.” And he added, “We are glad to continue this event in October as well to reward overseas members for their support.”
