CFTC Chairman Promises to Punish Fraud and Insider Trading

On April 16th, Michael Selig, the Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), pledged in a written statement to the US Congress to punish fraud and insider trading, stating, "We will find you and you will face full legal sanctions
