Circle CEO responds to unfrozen Drift hacking incident USDC

Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire stated at a press conference in Seoul, South Korea that Circle will not freeze USDC wallets unrelated to legal proceedings. Previously, the decentralized financial protocol Drift was attacked for approximately $280 million, and on chain analysts criticized Circle for not freezing around $230 million in USDC funds that were transferred from Solana to Ethereum.
