Celestia launches high-performance public testing network MAMO-1, integrated with its data availability network

Foresight News reports that modular blockchain Celestia has announced the launch of the high-performance public testing network MAMO-1. Celestia stated that MAMO-1 generates 128MB blocks every 6 seconds, with a data throughput of 21.33MB/s, which is more than 16 times the current throughput of Celestia's main network, which supports 8MB blocks. Mamo-1 is also integrated with Celestia's data availability network, supporting light node sampling and real-world DASSing, making it a more realistic testing environment.
