A spokesperson for Iran's Hatam Abiya Central Command stated that Iran's policy of "reciprocal strikes" has ended and that "sustained strikes" will be implemented in the future. He said that the United States cannot control oil prices through "artificial measures" and stated that it needs to be prepared for oil prices to rise to $200 per barrel. Iran also claims to be fully capable of blockading the Strait of Hormuz.
