The Financial Services Commission of South Korea is developing a "Guidelines for Enterprise Virtual Currency Trading," which aims to exclude stablecoins denominated in US dollars (such as Tether and USD Coin) from the scope of investment allowed by enterprises. This guide will set standards for listed companies and registered professional investment firms to trade digital assets for investment or financial purposes, in order to prevent blind investment in the early stages of the market.
