Boya Interactive plans to use up to 70 million US dollars of idle funds to purchase cryptocurrency

Boya Interactive announced that the company's board of directors recommends seeking shareholder approval to authorize the use of idle cash reserves from business operations to purchase cryptocurrencies during the authorization period, with a total amount not exceeding $70 million, to support Web3 business research and related project operations. The authorization period is 12 months after the relevant resolution is passed at the annual general meeting of shareholders.
