Aave Labs proposes to release 30800 ETH for rsETH rescue

According to a proposal released by the Arbitrarum community, Aave Labs and others have proposed releasing 30800 ETH that were frozen on April 21st. The funds will be transferred to the 2-of-3 Gnosis Safe address controlled by Aave Labs, KelpDAO, and Certora to cover the rsETH shortfall, and any unused funds will be returned to the Arbitrarum DAO.
