Türkiye imposed a visit blockade on PancakeSwap, which is the first time to impose sanctions on DEX

According to Turkiye Today, Türkiye's Capital Market Committee (CMB) imposed an access blockade on PancakeSwap for "unauthorized provision of encrypted asset services", which is the first time that Türkiye has imposed sanctions on DEX. Also banned is the encrypted price comparison platform CryptoRadar. This decision is based on the regulatory authorization obtained by CMB last year, which can block the unlicensed overseas encryption service platform for users in Türkiye. Analysts pointed out that the move set a precedent for Türkiye's regulators to crack down on DEX, which may affect Uniswap, Raydium and other similar platforms. Previously, Türkiye mainly blocked centralized exchanges that did not apply for local licenses.
