CZ responds to US strategic Bitcoin reserves leading to reduced exchange holdings: users withdrawing BTC to wallets means choosing to hold it

In response, CZ, co-founder of Binance, said, "People withdrawing Bitcoin from exchanges to their wallets means they will choose to hold it
