Kalshi launches the first approved Bitcoin perpetual contract in the United States

Kalshi, a predictive market platform, announced the launch of Bitcoin perpetual contracts, the first regulatory approved Bitcoin perpetual contract product in the United States, based on Bitcoin spot prices and recognized as futures contracts. The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission stated that the contract complies with the Commodity Exchange Act and relevant regulatory requirements.
