Trump: Hamas agrees to complete disarmament, Israel will withdraw troops

US President Trump announced that the Peace Council has reached an agreement, and all armed groups in Hamas and Gaza will be fully disarmed. Gaza will be governed by the new Palestinian government, Israel will receive security guarantees, and Gaza will no longer be used as a base for terrorist attacks. The agreement will be pushed forward in stages, and after the disarmament is completed, the Israeli army will withdraw.
