Chain detective ZachXBT posted on X platform that hacker John (Lick) exposed an address containing $23 million while arguing with threat actor Dritan Kapplani Jr. about cryptocurrency wallet funds. The funds are suspected to be related to over $90 million in stolen funds from the US government in 2024 and multiple unidentified victim cases between November and December 2025, and the entire process has been fully documented.
