CCTV reports that Yao Qian received 2000 ETH rewards from ICO transactions

According to CCTV, Yao Qian, former director of the Science and Technology Supervision Department and former director of the Information Center of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, was commissioned by businessman Zhang in 2018 to conduct an ICO and greet a certain trading platform. The ICO raised 20000 ETH, and Zhang transferred 2000 ETH to Yao Qian as compensation. The task force found a hardware wallet in the drawer of Yao Qian's office and discovered that multiple bank accounts opened by others were Yao Qian's vest account. One of the 10 million yuan funds was transferred through multiple layers from a virtual currency trader account and ultimately used to purchase a villa in Beijing.
