Holy crap, Sun's former middleman is starting to spill the beans! The inside story of a $4 million celebrity coin promotion scheme has been exposed, but unfortunately, the SEC has already closed the case! Sahil Arora (@villainmonkey), a well-known celebrity coin manipulator in the crypto world, has suddenly gone on a whirlwind of revelations these past few days. First, he accused Ansem of receiving $100,000 to promote MOTHER, and now he's turned his attention to Sun! Sahil has been running a celebrity promotion business in Dubai since 2021, possessing a vast network of celebrity resources. According to his latest revelations, from 2021 to 2022, Sun coordinated over $4 million in celebrity marketing expenses through him to promote TRX and BTT. He also accused Sun of selling tokens in batches after the promotions had generated market buzz. Even more provocative, he revealed the entire collaboration process: Sun requested celebrity quotes, the team established a Tron Alliance/Rainberry working group to select celebrities, issue invoices, and finally settle accounts via TRC20-USDT. Sahil claims to possess chat logs, invoices, and transaction records, but these materials have not yet been independently verified. However, the undisclosed paid celebrity endorsements and manipulation of trading volume were core allegations in the SEC's 2023 lawsuit against Sun. In March of this year, Rainberry paid a $10 million civil penalty, and the charges against Sun and his related foundation were ultimately dismissed. The SEC is unlikely to revise these past actions now. In short, the information Sahil is now revealing, if true, could fill in some of the transaction details in the SEC's original charges. But he chose to dredge up old grievances after the lawsuit ended. Whether the chat screenshots are verifiable and whether there is financial evidence for the alleged price manipulation followed by a sell-off are still undetermined.
