Withdrawals remain open until year-end. The first deadline is November 29. Miss it and Binance charges 0.025% of remaining crypto balance or 10 USDC monthly whichever is higher. After December 31 Binance may convert or transfer any assets still in accounts under its terms of service. If you hold assets on Binance France, withdraw before November 29.
