[Web3Auth Releases Keplr Asset Recovery Addresses, Warns Related Transfers Are Not Attacker-Controlled] Odaily Planet Daily reports that Web3Auth has updated its Keplr wallet security incident asset recovery progress on the X platform. The team, with Keplr's assistance, is transferring assets from affected wallets to secure recovery wallets. Because some recovery transfers were mistakenly identified as attacker activity, Web3Auth has released verified recovery wallet addresses covering networks such as Cosmos Hub, Osmosis, Celestia, Akash, Noble, Injective, dYdX, Babylon, Axelar, Saga, and Agoric, as well as EVM addresses covering 8 chains. Web3Auth further stated that these addresses are used for securely transferring affected assets and are not wallets controlled by attackers. More verified addresses will be added in future updates. Users are also reminded to pay attention to official announcements and be wary of scams impersonating official personnel and fraudulent asset recovery requests.
