I'm spending a lot of my own time on Coinbase app quality right now. There are lots of pieces that add up: instances where it's unclear why funds are on hold, making it simpler to get through ID checks, app startup times/speed, an error that doesn't tell you what went wrong, a button that leads to a dead end.
