Apply for this WL (Warranty List) – the earning opportunities are comparable to Standard: https://mountain.cashmere.exchange/application
1. Project Introduction
Mountain is an upcoming product from @CashmereLabs, deployed on the Robinhood Chain, specifically for issuing and redeeming CSM tokens. Cashmere is incubated by Binance Labs.
Users participating in Mountain need to own Barn tokens. Whitelist applications opened late at night. Holding Goat Street NFTs provides a weighted bonus. GTD whitelists are 0.125 E, FCFS whitelists are 0.25 E, and the Dutch auction starts at 1.5 E, with a minimum bid of 0.25 E.
2. How it Works
In short: An improved version of Standard.
I'm currently mining Standard, so the first thing that came to mind when I saw Mountain was its similarities:
* **Earning Newly Issued Tokens Through NFT Seats:** Standard uses Charter + Branch, Mountain uses Barn + Stall, both issuing tokens daily based on weight.
* **Scaling Requires Burning Tokens or Paying Fees:** Opening a Branch on Standard requires burning Standard tokens; opening a slot on Mountain requires purchasing a Permit (paying CSM).
* **Ledger Accumulation, Withdrawal Burns:** Neither platform allows for easy transfer of tokens immediately upon production; withdrawal is the only way to actually take the tokens. Closing a Branch/slot simultaneously removes that portion of the weight.
The difference lies in Mountain's inclusion of Goat Street for permanent binding, its Cashmere ecosystem-oriented token issuance, and royalty/fee redistribution, rather than Standard's emphasis on an "on-chain central bank."
Given Cashmere's backing by Binance, the probability of Mountain WL participants losing money is very low. The mining process is relatively stable, with no daily "mining, withdrawing, and selling" situation. Initial selling pressure is very low, and there may be secondary trading opportunities after the platform opens.
