According to Cryptoast, Binance announced that it will close its French user accounts and cease operations in France on December 31, 2026, due to its failure to obtain EU MiCA regulatory approval. Deposit functionality is currently unavailable. Accounts still holding assets since November 29 will be charged a monthly management fee of 0.025%, with a minimum charge of 10 USDC. The first deduction will be made within 3 days after November 29, and the second after December 24.
