What did I learn from my first learning camp? Those who work hard will always have a chance. But those who are arrogant and complain about unfairness usually never get their chance. Let me share an observation from the event: About 70% of the attendees were high-earning rebate earners, and the other 30% were bloggers from platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and X. Everyone's niche was truly different. Some made money through trading, some through rebates, some through content and traffic, and others excelled in community building, offline relationships, and resource integration. While listening to several YouTube bloggers chat, I noticed that everyone had their own anxieties and developmental bottlenecks. Interestingly, many newcomers emerged in the past year. This made me realize that there's never just one path to success in crypto. For example, BTC Qiao Qiao on YouTube consistently posts trading analysis videos almost daily. Instead of envying others' resources and complaining about dwindling opportunities, it's better to find your own niche and then continuously build upon it. ———————————————— 01|A Chat with Yue Xiaoyu (@yuexiaoyu): Niche Ecosystem In Crypto, everyone has their own niche. For KOLs, instead of chasing trends every day, it's better to find your true strengths, cultivate a core narrative, and develop a brand that makes you instantly recognizable when people think of a particular sector. L2, Perps, prediction markets—each wave of trends creates new content creators. There are still many opportunities ahead! After chatting with Yue Xiaoyu, one point resonated with me: Don't narrow your path for short-term gains. The Crypto community isn't as big as you might think. Some people who were content creators last year have transitioned to project teams this year. A colleague you look down on today might be the one deciding your collaboration opportunities tomorrow. The community is small, and the cycle is long. Don't make enemies everywhere for short-term gains like a few hundred USDT in collaborations, a meal, or a study abroad opportunity, thus blocking all future possibilities. ———————————————— 02|Eavesdropping on a conversation between Eva Tree Sister (@EvaCmore) and Brother Lu (@luge517): Trading Methodology "Don't buy based on a KOL, project team, or information in a group." I quite agree with this statement. Brother Lu shared a short-term altcoin trading method, mainly based on multi-period moving averages, total open interest (OI), and trading volume. It uses bullish alignments on 4-hour, 12-hour, and daily charts to determine the trend, then combines OI and trading volume to observe the level of capital participation, waiting for pullbacks after price increases to find entry opportunities. One detail that particularly interested me was the use of AI to monitor bullish alignments on daily charts, automatically alerting when conditions are met, allowing for manual decision-making. Instead of staring at dozens or even hundreds of targets every day, it's better to delegate repetitive filtering work to AI and dedicate time to more important judgments. Of course, an increase in OI doesn't necessarily mean bullish capital is entering the market; it's also necessary to combine price, trading volume, and funding rates for a comprehensive judgment. Trading experience is one thing; turning that experience into a repeatable system is another. Trading is a direction I've been exploring since the simple model of "profiting from small gains" ended. I hope I can achieve good results in the future! ———————————————— 03|Dinner Queen @heyibinance Remote Connection: Token Listing and the Wealth Creation Effect of New Tokens Many experts have already summarized the details of this connection with Queen from the perspectives of security incidents, AI, and Binance's strategy, so I won't repeat them. I'm more concerned about token issuance, listing, and the wealth creation effect of new tokens. Why did token listings used to easily lead to price increases, but now they often become peaks? In the early days, centralized exchanges (CEXs) controlled the main liquidity entry points, and listing on major exchanges often meant new funds and wealth effects. However, with the development of decentralized exchanges (DEXs), projects can complete pricing and liquidity accumulation on-chain in advance. When they are listed on a CEX, it may become an exit window for early holders. In the past, listing on major exchanges might have brought wealth effects, but now it sometimes provides exit liquidity. Additionally, the author mentioned an interesting point: Issuing tokens is essentially issuing debt with one's reputation. Issuing tokens isn't a one-time fundraising or monetization; it's about taking on long-term responsibility to token holders. Having a business model isn't enough; a project also needs to consider whether business growth can truly translate into token value. Therefore, when researching a project, besides fundraising, TGE, and listing timeline, one should focus more on initial valuation, circulating supply, unlocking pressure, real revenue, and the token's value capture ability. Don't always think about where the next 100x coin is; instead, understand how wealth is generated and who it will flow to. ———————————————— 04|Finally, a note to myself Participating in this learning camp for the first time felt a bit surreal. From initially relying on a 500U donation from a community leader to truly enter the airdrop arena, getting to where I am today is something I certainly didn't expect. I also met some very interesting people in Vietnam this time. They told me that they learned about the "airdrop" industry and entered the field between 2023 and 2024 by reading my content. Some people still remember that I started with just a few hundred USDT, creating mind maps, organizing interaction paths, marking project losses and costs, and then sharing these experiences little by little. Hearing this is quite moving. Back then, I just wanted to organize what I had researched and avoid some pitfalls. I never imagined that a few years later, people would actually start to understand this industry because of my content, and even embark on a similar path to mine. Before, I was that latecomer with a few hundred USDT, searching everywhere for opportunities. From initially receiving 500 USDT in donations, to earning my first 100,000 and 1 million RMB through airdrops, to the ups and downs of profits and losses, and now to having the opportunity to participate in offline events and meet people from different segments of the ecosystem. This journey has had its share of luck, losses, detours, and regrets. But it has at least proven one thing: An ordinary latecomer doesn't need to join a group, nor does he need to rely on comparisons or opportunistic tactics to gain traffic. As long as you're willing to continuously learn, accumulate knowledge, and consistently produce high-quality content, you'll have the opportunity to find your place in this industry. Therefore, those who strive to be newcomers will always have a chance. I also hope that in the future, I can maintain my curiosity, continue to produce content, and constantly evolve! ———————————————— Thanks to @moonkimbinance @pearbinance @sisibinance @yayabinance @binancezh @heyibinance @cz_binance
