I just got home from my training camp in Vietnam, so I won't be livestreaming tonight. I'll just discuss the market in writing.
BTC's recent decline is driven by:
External factors: Nasdaq down 5% in a single day, Tesla down 11%, Nvidia down 7%, risk appetite plummeted, and election optimism dissipated.
Internal factors: CVD continues to reach new highs, but prices stagnate and fail to break through, indicating insufficient upward momentum and clear signs of bullish exhaustion. The decline was foreshadowed.
A false breakout at 82800 on the daily chart was confirmed, followed by a drop back into the range and a new low, indicating a bearish trend.
Rebound conditions and targets:
Bottoming signals: A rapid recovery after breaking below the previous low of 74800, coupled with a negative funding rate, signals the start of a definite B-wave rebound.
A breakout with volume above the 1-hour consolidation resistance at 76500 indicates short-term stabilization and a potential long position.
Following the surge two days ago, sentiment was extremely euphoric, with many interpreting a small-scale bottom reversal as a "major bottom + bull market restart," which is an emotional judgment. Never judge a bull or bear market based on a single day's price movement; short-term candlestick patterns do not represent long-term trend reversals.
Short-term strong support: $74,800 (previous low) is a good entry point for long positions. Do not be overly bearish until the price effectively breaks below this level.
