[Report: US-Iran Talks May See Breakthrough, Iran Willing to Discuss Nuclear Issue] According to Bloomberg, a diplomat familiar with the negotiations revealed that the US and Iran are gradually approaching a potential breakthrough to end the war, with Tehran showing a willingness to discuss issues related to its nuclear program, which it had previously been reluctant to address. The diplomat stated that Iran is studying a proposal from Qatar, the main mediator, concerning its nuclear activities. If Iran makes concessions on this issue, it could push for significant progress in the negotiations. The talks have stalled since the breakdown of the interim peace agreement reached in June. US President Trump recently spoke with Qatari leaders to discuss efforts to ease regional tensions, indicating Trump's desire to end the war, which was a key factor in the Democratic victory over Republicans in this week's US midterm elections.
