Exclusive online! Let's talk about how Huangguo short dramas are made. ◉ Recommended configuration: Windows, 5070ti graphics card, 32GB or more RAM. Why recommend the 5070ti? First, the lower-priced 5060ti 16GB can run it, but it's slow. The next-tier 5080 offers limited improvement, and the 5090 is too expensive for most people. The 5070ti is a sweet spot, balancing price and speed. Of course, if money isn't an issue, you can go for a better graphics card. A good graphics card's advantage lies in its ability to run higher resolutions, longer videos, and faster video generation speeds. ◉ Find a good harness for overriding limitations, such as Workbuddy/Hermes/PI, etc. Overridden the harness first. There are plenty of overriding options in the open-source community, and people have also posted about it on YouTube. ◉ For scriptwriting and prompts, I recommend models from the Anti-Gravity and Anti-Substitution series; all Gemini models are recommended. ◉Character Images/Image Assets: For images without scale restrictions, use Nano Banana/GPT images; for images with scale restrictions, use Qwen Image 2.1 from Comfyui. ◉Fish Audio is the preferred choice for audio. ◉Video Model Selection: Minimax h3 is the preferred choice. C-site has custom-tuned models, paired with a 4-step accelerated LoRa. If you are not familiar with building workflows, I recommend T8, Honglei, and Jinyu on Bilibili; they have ready-made tutorials and even include finished workflow examples. Workflows primarily use multiple images for reference, supplemented by first and last frames. As for wan2.2, firstly, its optimization is poor, and its generation speed is an order of magnitude slower than h3. Secondly, it does not support simultaneous audio generation, resulting in a large workload in post-production. However, it is still superior in terms of NSFW, making it suitable for targeted tasks. For ordinary users, the int8 quantization model is sufficient; there is no need to use bf16. The extra time investment is not proportional to the quality improvement.
