Fun Fact: Polygon appears to be significantly more efficient at returning the hacked funds to Binance than Arbitrum.
As is well known, in the Binance hack:
Arbitrum froze and forcibly transferred the hacked funds (74,559,805 ARB and 8,425 ETH) to an intermediary wallet;
Polygon froze 70.49 million Ethereum (ethereum: 0x455e53cbb86018ac2b8092fdcd39d8444affc3f6) at the hacker's address and initiated a proposal to recover the funds through a hard fork.
For Binance to recover funds on the Arbitrum chain, it would take at least 7 weeks, requiring a full DAO vote for release;
However, recovering funds on the Polygon chain could be achieved in as little as 1-2 weeks, with the hard fork mainnet activation enabling recovery.
