Maxime Waters new bill takes authority over crypto from the CFTC and gives it to the SEC Maybe thats insignificant today, because CFTC Chair Selig and SEC Chair Alkins are working together in harmony 🌈 But, in the future, if the SEC has more control over crypto, then its easier for the dems to install a Gary Gensler 2.0 to wrangle in crypto? Thats my best guess. @JBSDC thoughts?
