China Resources Longdi, founded in 1982, has businesses covering property management, asset management, and community services. Its subsidiary, Smart City Cybersecurity, focuses on AI-powered digitalization and cybersecurity services for government and enterprises, providing technology and solutions to the Hong Kong SAR government, public institutions, and enterprises. GCSA focuses on security challenges in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, Web3, and digital finance. Both parties stated that the research center will conduct joint research and development on AI-based anti-fraud, cyber threat detection, digital financial security, and cybersecurity automation, exploring the application of technologies such as AI anti-fraud honeypots, intelligent fraud identification, threat intelligence analysis, and security protection platforms.
