Apple Launches Seven Tranche of High-Grade US Dollar Bonds. According to Jinse Finance, Apple has entered the investment-grade bond market for the first time in over a year, further fueling the debt issuance frenzy among US tech giants. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that Apple will sell bonds in seven tranches, with maturities ranging from 2 to 10 years. The longest-term bond is initially priced at a 0.8 percentage point premium over US Treasury bonds. The transaction is underwritten by Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including stock buybacks, dividends, and capital expenditures. Apple's last bond issuance was in May 2025, when it raised $4.5 billion.
