Wang Chaoyang, General Manager of Global Data Centers at Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group, stated that Alibaba Cloud is making every effort to improve the resource and energy efficiency of its data centers. Regarding land, Alibaba Cloud pursues "land power density," increasing the IT capacity per unit area. Over the past two years, leveraging its high-level centralized advantages, Alibaba Cloud has increased its resource density from 0.8 kW/m² to 4.5 kW/m², and this will further double to 9 kW/m² by March next year.
