[Bubblemaps Investigates Four Crypto KOLs Including Kimchi, Alleging Some Engaged in Pre-Buying and Rapid Selling of Recommended Tokens] Foresight News reports that Bubblemaps released an on-chain investigation into four crypto KOLs—Kimchi, Solstice, Anglio, and 0xEthan—claiming to have found that some KOLs engaged in practices such as pre-buying tokens through linked wallets and rapidly selling them after recommending them to their followers. The conclusions and figures are based on Bubblemaps' analysis and estimates. Specifically, Bubblemaps analyzed 534 posts by Anglio in October and found five wallets closely associated with him that bought tokens approximately 61% of his recommendations before they were published, averaging about 20 seconds in advance, and sold them minutes later, estimating a profit of approximately $130,000. Bubblemaps states that Anglio has admitted to using these methods. An analysis of 0xEthan's 49 most recent token recommendations reveals a pattern of simultaneous purchases by its public wallet and three secretly linked wallets, followed by sales within three minutes of the recommendation. Some transactions even began selling while the reasons for the purchase were still being released. Bubblemaps estimates that 0xEthan profited approximately $125,000 through these operations, including about $45,000 in trading profits and about $80,000 in PumpFun referral rewards. Furthermore, Bubblemaps states that Solstice's promotion of various tokens exhibits a pattern of dozens of new wallets simultaneously purchasing, with each wallet holding 0.5% to 1% of the supply. Its public wallet has an on-chain connection with the token deployers. The estimated profit from Trump transactions by the Kimchi-linked wallet is approximately $6 million, lower than the previously circulated $40 million.
