ERNIE 5.5 Flash Base uses the MoE architecture, with a total of 280 billion parameters. Each token activates 14 billion parameters, and 33.5 trillion tokens are used for pre-training. The pre-training context length is up to 128K, and the fine-tuning and inference stages support a maximum of 1 million token contexts.
