Unlocking will only occur if the KPI is met; otherwise, no unlocking will occur for that period, and the unlocked amount will not exceed the original linear plan. KPIs will be jointly developed by the team and the community. For Holders, I believe the mechanism adjustment is only the first step; subsequent information transparency is equally important. I hope that before and after each new unlocking cycle, NeoSoul will continuously publish relevant information through the official X platform and community square: Before unlocking: Publish the KPI assessment standards, specific targets, and evaluation methods for this period. After unlocking: Publish the KPI completion status, assessment results, and actual unlocked amount for this period. If I were to give the NeoSoul team a long-term test, the question I would most like to see is: "Can NeoTrade continuously acquire genuine external users' proactive payments?"
