Tonight, @FungoLabs' Genesis officially launched. At 8:30 PM (UTC 12:30), 500 free mints were opened to a whitelist for a 3-hour window. Each user had one mint, linked to their X account, and only paid gas plus 0.0018 ETH (half of any unused mints were refunded). Unmined mints were auctioned later. At 11:30 PM (UTC 3:30 PM), a sealed auction of 2500 mints began, using cZAMA, lasting 24 hours. The bidding process was entirely encrypted; no one could see how much others bid. After the auction, the mints were sorted from highest to lowest, with the lowest winning bid becoming the final price, and any excess bids refunded. The total supply is 3232 mints: 500 free, 2500 auctioned, and 232 from the team. Each NFT can receive approximately 1.11 million FUNGO (36%), plus 20% of the launchpad revenue and at least 5% of the tokens from each subsequent project launched. Images and attributes are sealed by default and can only be viewed by the current holder. Those on the whitelist should be mindful of timing; those without should prepare cZAMA in advance.
