@cz_binance @heyibinance @binance After much hesitation, I've finally decided to speak out about this. Hello everyone, I'm Peter Rabbit, an ordinary independent trader. Those who have followed me for a while know that I spend a lot of time every day studying market trends, drawing Gann angles, and reviewing market structures. Sometimes, to confirm a key price level, I need to spend hours refining my analysis, and a single analysis often isn't published until late at night. I can't guarantee that every judgment will be correct, but I can at least guarantee that every article and every chart analysis is the result of my careful research and independent thinking. Because I know that on the other side of the screen, many friends are reading carefully, and some are learning technical analysis through my posts. However, something that happened recently has really left me feeling helpless. I discovered that an account on Binance Square named "张烁峰Aing" has been reposting my original posts without authorization for a long time. It's not just occasional quotations or borrowed viewpoints; it's copying almost the entire text and accompanying images verbatim. Sometimes, I post something and within ten minutes, it's already been copied and reposted to Binance Square. To date, I've discovered over a hundred pieces of content suspected of being plagiarized, many of which even directly use my hand-drawn technical analysis charts. Without attribution or source citation, readers have no idea who the content truly originated. What's even more unacceptable is that these plagiarists are using this content to drive traffic to their own accounts and promote referral codes. To resolve this issue, I've submitted reports and relevant evidence through official channels multiple times. But the responses I receive are always similar: "Accepted, we will pay close attention." And then what? The articles I reported are still there. Frankly, what saddens me most isn't that anyone appreciates my analysis or is willing to share my views. On the contrary, if my articles can help more people, I'm happy to see them shared and discussed, and I welcome even differing opinions. But sharing and plagiarism are two different things. When the results of your research, which you've spent hours or even days developing, are copied in minutes by someone else, renamed, and used as a tool to gain traffic and profit, the sense of powerlessness is something only those who have experienced it can truly understand. I'm not a big shot, and I don't have a dedicated team to handle these things for me. I'm just an ordinary creator who diligently researches the market every day and hopes to share my insights with everyone. I don't need any financial compensation, nor do I expect any special treatment. I only hope that my hard work receives the most basic respect. Binance has always emphasized building a healthy creator ecosystem, and I believe this is why many original creators are willing to share content on this platform. But a truly healthy creator ecosystem needs more than just traffic and incentives; it needs to protect those who are willing to spend time and effort creating content. If original content requires a great deal of effort, while copying and pasting can easily gain traffic and revenue, how many people will be willing to persist in creating original content in the long run? Today, I'm choosing to speak out about this publicly, not just for myself, but also so that other friends who create content earnestly don't have to experience the same helplessness. We urge Binance to thoroughly verify the relevant evidence, take concrete action against confirmed infringing content, and provide a clear resolution. Finally, I'd like to say to all those who insist on original content: Those who create seriously should not lose to those who copy and paste. Below is a screenshot of the plagiarist's homepage and some of the plagiarized content. Looking at their homepage, you'll find almost entirely copied tweets and videos from my work.
