According to WuShuo, Zach Pandl, Head of Research at Grayscale, published an article on November 4th pointing out that JPMorgan Asset Management included Bitcoin in its "2027 Long-Term Capital Markets Assumptions," projecting a 10% compound annual return over the next ten years, higher than other asset classes listed in the report, with an expected annualized volatility of 55% and a projected correlation coefficient of 0.33 with US large-cap stocks. Grayscale believes this reflects the increasing recognition of Bitcoin as an institutional asset and its potential value in portfolio diversification. However, JPMorgan Asset Management remains cautious about the instability of Bitcoin's correlation and has not yet included it in its main covariance matrix.
