This capability is launched with the new Image 2.6 image model and is available on the web, desktop, and mobile platforms of ChatGPT and Codex. The API side has added GPT-Image-2.6 Flare and Sunburst. OpenAI states that ChatGPT and its API together generate over 4 billion images per week, up from approximately 3 billion per week as announced in September.
