The election results are in, a major blow has been averted, and one of the uncertainties in the market has been eliminated.
I. US Stocks
1. The recent sharp decline in US stocks, especially those in the "Triangle" sector, was due to two factors: ① the stocks had risen too much previously and were in a correction phase; ② the correction phase itself is fragile, and this uncertainty was priced in in advance.
2. However, I'm not really keen on trading US stocks right now. For example, my frequently traded stocks are Intel and Lite. Intel has fallen too much and broken down, so technically it needs a longer recovery period. Even a V-shaped reversal is just a rebound, and its volatility could be extremely high, making trading unpleasant. As for Bitcoin, the acquisition by Marvell has added another factor, creating more noise. Therefore, I'll observe it from the sidelines for now.
II. Cryptocurrency
1. I believe that if Bitcoin's daily candlestick closes with a bullish candle, it will be a signal of a counterattack. For confirmation, I think it needs to break through the previous minor high, around 78,500.
2. Then, based on the wave pattern, structure, and strength that emerges, determine whether it is a rebound or a reversal. To be honest, I thought the way Bitcoin moves on Wall Street would be pretty inhumane, but I didn't expect it to be this inhumane. It's so incredibly slow and agonizing.
