Bad take. For now, things wont get done but they wont change. The dems cannot pass any FEDERAL regulatory changes, or literally ANY new laws, without presidential approval. Trump will veto everything democratically endorsed and filibuster will fail due to no democratic super majority. From a LOCAL regulatory standpoint...thats not the case Blue governors will curtail tax credits, require noise ordinances, limit power grid access and require unionization of data centers...but they wont explicitly STOP them bc they want those jobs and revenues in their state. IMO, @SpaceX is the true data center winner bc @elonmusk built in a Republican enclave, Tennessee, where the local and federal electorate are supportive of AI. Same for Louisiana with Starbase LA btw.
