After the large-volume sell-off in BTC, it's now consolidating at low levels with decreasing volume, indicating a wait-and-see approach for both bulls and bears.
There's no clear reversal signal yet, and further downside is waiting for stop-loss orders to be triggered on long positions.
The real opportunity to go long isn't now, but rather after a break below the previous low followed by a rapid recovery.
Currently, there are two possible scenarios:
1. A false break below 74900, followed by a B-wave rebound.
2. A break below 76270 to clear stop-loss orders, followed by a recovery and then a rebound.
We currently lean towards scenario 1. The funding rate is still rising and hasn't turned negative, indicating that bargain hunters haven't exited, and a large-scale rebound isn't imminent. A true bottom often requires a negative funding rate plus a large bullish daily candle.
Short-term focus is on one action:
Break below 74900 followed by a recovery → Short-term long position.
Long entry points: 74900 / 74200. Set a strict stop-loss at 73500.
