The Binance hack has seemingly eased somewhat. While Kim Yo-jong hasn't admitted North Korea was responsible, she has stated her willingness to engage in dialogue with the United States. Perhaps, with the combined efforts of the US and North Korea, the "unknown hacker" will agree to return most of the stolen assets, retaining only a small portion of the white-hat reward?
