THE BLOCK: Jack Dorsey-led fintech firm Block Inc. reported net income of $566 million in Q3, up from $462 million a year earlier, as it raised its full-year gross profit outlook to $12.63 billion. Meanwhile, Block's bitcoin ecosystem gross profit fell 50% year over year to $52 million, driven by its decision to lower fees on the Cash App.
