According to TheEnergyMag, a fire broke out at a Bitcoin mining facility of NYSE-listed Cango (NYSE: CANG) in Soperton, Georgia, on October 22, injuring two workers who were airlifted to a burn center in Augusta. Local firefighters extinguished the blaze, and the cause is still under investigation. The facility, a 50-megawatt (MW) mining farm, was acquired by Cango in August 2025 for $19.5 million in cash. 30 MW is allocated to in-house mining, and 20 MW is used for external client hosting. Its subsidiary, EcoHash, has also deployed GPU infrastructure supporting up to 3 MW at the site to expand its AI commercial computing power business. Current reports have not quantified the extent of damage to mining equipment, downtime, or impact on the AI computing power business. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/cango-georgia-bitcoin-mine-fire-two-workers-burned-71279
