Binance's total withdrawals approached $11 billion, with a net inflow of funds in the last 24 hours. Binance began a phased resumption of withdrawals on November 1st. As of noon today, it has processed approximately $10.97 billion in withdrawals and received approximately $5.695 billion in deposits, resulting in a net outflow of approximately $5.276 billion, representing about 3.1% of the previously disclosed platform asset size. However, data from the last 24 hours shows a net inflow of approximately $1.364 billion, with total assets in addresses reaching approximately $128.1 billion. This indicates that investor sentiment is beginning to recover. Based on personal experience, as long as the first batch of withdrawals didn't experience any issues, investors gradually become more confident. I also looked at the data. I initially thought that USDC transfers would account for the majority, given the presence of USDC deposits, but surprisingly, nearly half of the funds were in USDT, which was somewhat unexpected. If nothing unexpected happens, Binance has weathered this storm.
