Those who enthusiastically bought the dip in A-shares yesterday, how are they doing now? With US tech stocks experiencing a series of crashes, can A-share tech stocks remain unscathed? A glance at today's A-share closing figures shows the ChiNext index falling 2.73%, breaching the 2400-point mark. Semiconductors, CPOs, and memory chips all suffered heavy losses. The net outflow of funds from the main market was 65.5 billion yuan. Another day of deceptive buying in A-shares! It never fails! Actually, I previously warned those buying the dip to be quick in and out, because this is a rebound driven by policy benefits and sentiment, not a trend reversal. The logic is extremely harsh: US and Chinese tech stocks are essentially in the same boat, in the same boat. Last night, the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index plummeted, with Intel and AMD suffering heavy losses. Today, the A-share market simply repeated the US scenario. Because pricing power is not in China. As the US AI bubble deflates, the A-share computing power chain will have to follow suit with a valuation correction. The correlation between the ChiNext and Nasdaq has long been deeply intertwined. But after today's decline, one thing has changed. The bigger the storm, the harder the ship rocks, but the cheaper the ticket becomes. The ChiNext index's PE ratio has fallen to 43, below the 40th percentile historically, and its PEG ratio is less than 1. Whether it's expensive or not is completely different from a month ago. The core question now is: When the storm is at its fiercest, would you dare to board the ship?
