Wang Ruomeng, Deputy Director of the Innovation and High-Tech Development Department of the NDRC, stated that the commission will strengthen monitoring and early warning of AI-driven employment substitution risks, enhance the connection between the social security system and changes in employment structure and work methods, and improve basic and inclusive social security. Regarding issues such as algorithmic discrimination, deepfakes, and privacy leaks, the commission will enhance the ability to trace and track the source of abuse and malicious behavior through technical means, resolutely crack down on illegal and criminal activities using AI, and protect special groups such as the elderly and minors.
