North Korea denies any involvement in Binance's $6.3 billion loss, conveniently shifting the blame to the US. You don't actually believe that, do you...? While other countries still have a chance to recover their funds, the despair for the project stems from the fact that the hacker has been found, but it's North Korean. Globally, there's absolutely nothing that can be done about the thefts by North Korea. Last year, the recovery rate for the Bybit theft was only about 5%. Other projects have had their hackers identified, but even with wanted posters and bounties, it's useless. North Korea's denial is sophistry. North Korean hackers didn't directly launch attacks from within North Korea; they used a multi-layered attack strategy, and many members even worked part-time during the day and hacked at night. It's undeniable that North Korean hackers are trained using state power.
