SBI Holdings plans to invest $100 million in US digital bank Erebor. SBI Holdings, through its US subsidiary SBI Holdings USA, plans to invest $100 million in Erebor Bank, a digital bank that supports stablecoin deposits and withdrawals. SBI Holdings will explore partnerships with Erebor. Erebor began operations in February 2026 and had over $7 billion in deposits as of September. Its self-built banking system supports blockchain settlements on weekends and outside of banking hours.
